New Child Safe Standards resources for organisations

The Commission has released additional resources to help organisations implement the new Child Safe Standards that come into effect in Victoria on 1 July 2022.

The new resources will help organisations take action to implement the new Standards.

As a starting point, download the Short guide to the Child Safe Standards. This guide provides an overview of the key concepts and requirements to comply with the new Child Safe Standards.

The Commission will host a free Child Safe Standards Community of Practice webinar on Thursday 28 April to explain the new edition of A guide for creating a Child Safe Organisation. It will include an overview of the new resources, information about what the Commission will look for when assessing an organisation’s compliance, and a Q&A session with presenters.
