During the pandemic, the Commission for Children and Young People (the Commission) asked children and young people about the impacts of COVID-19 on their lives.
Children and young people took part in multiple consultations and helped the Commission develop point-in-time findings focused on their education, mental health, and feelings of safety.
The Commission used the feedback to inform the government and broader community about what children and young people needed to feel supported.
