Finalists for the Commission's Child and Youth Empowerment Award have been announced as part of the 2023 Victorian Protecting Children Awards.
The finalists are:
- Kirra Horley and Monique Balfour – Take Two Program, Berry Street
- Vincent Shin, WEstjustice
- YACVic Participation and Development Team, Youth Affairs Council Victoria
